Owner is friendly. Great place to workout whenever based on your schedule

So far the best...

Too expensive.

Absolutely the cleanest gym I have ever been in, and I've worked in 2 and belonged to countless others. The owner is an amazing personal trainer and just a really nice guy. As a woman who went there at all hours of the day, including very odd hours of the night, I always felt safe. I found that there was never a time I had to wait for a piece of equipment, there was always plenty of choices available. I think because the gym is open 24/7/365 you never really have that rush of people, or a gym that is over crowded. I would highly recommend this gym and Wayne as a personal trainer. By far the best gym around.

Went to this gym for a couple of months because I was looking to get into lifting again. First thing you notice is place is it's small even for a non-chain place. Easily the smallest gym I've ever belonged to (I've belonged to about 8). There isn't a lot of cardio equipment and a couple of the treadmills are pretty old and should be replaced. Other equipment has most of the gym basics for lifting and even a few things you won't find at the chains. Place has kind of an "Average Joe's" feel which I guess there is something to be said for but didn't too much for me. If you go in after normal hours some of the people seemed a bit shady; some macho tough guys who cursed a lot. As a guy I could handle it but I don't think a female would feel very comfortable there alone with them. Staff for the most part was really nice. I joined to take advantage of the special rate but it was still way more than what you'll pay at the chain gyms. I walked away thinking I could have spent money better elsewhere. If the 24 hour thing is important to you and you'll go a lot I guess you might get your money's worth. However for the average gym goer I think you're better off finding a less expensive gym or if you have an odd schedule looking to buy your gym equipment. For the cost of a 6 month membership here you can find a decent low-end or used Treadmill/Elipitical.
