Managers and supervisors lie to customers. Their customer service is a joke and they talk to you in circles. Dishonest managers. Total trash. Don't even waste your time here.

The one supervisor didn't like the fact that I said they basically robbed my mother- and hung up on me! Why? Because it's the truth and he tries giving me the run around. Seriously? You're in customer service and you can't even speak correctly and get mad when you fumble your words because you are wrong! The worst. No one knows what they're doing here.

Generally happy with this CVS, been doing business with them about 7 years now and very satisfied with the lead pharmacist John. Getting all my pain and non pain meds filled here without the normal hassles involved with most drug stores. My only complaint is that this pharmacy used to be open 24 hours and now it's not.
Very incompetent & rude staff. It took over a week for them to figure out how to fill my script correctly. Hackettstown or Ledgewood CVS are worth the drive, especially if you can't wait a week for your medications. Good luck.
